As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I combine professional expertise with my own lived experiences to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported. I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—approaches that help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions, while building skills to respond to life’s challenges in new ways.

If your experiences feel unresolved, heavy, or hard to carry, I’m here to help you make sense of them and find practical, compassionate ways to move toward the life you want. I honour where you’ve been while focusing on where you want to go, helping you build resilience and confidence along the way.

I work with people navigating stress, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and major life transitions. Our work together might include exploring patterns that keep you feeling stuck, developing new coping strategies, and finding ways to reconnect with your values. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change.
