Leah holds a Master of Physical Therapy from Western University, following her Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals recovering from orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical joint replacements, sports-related injuries, and a variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Leah takes the time to understand the specific challenges each person faces and designs treatment plans that reflect those individual needs. She focuses on restoring function through a blend of education, targeted exercise programs, and manual therapy techniques. Supporting people through everyday injuries and helping them return to the activities that matter most is at the core of her practice.
Leah has completed the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 course. Leah is certified in acupuncture and dry needling and is expanding her expertise in women’s health as she progresses toward her Pelvic Health Certification. She has also completed specialized training in evidence-based taping strategies, enhancing her ability to support joint stability, movement efficiency, and pain management. Outside the clinic, Leah maintains an active lifestyle through strength training, running, and yoga. She also enjoys travelling, trying new foods, and spending quality time with her family and friends
