I’m a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a personalized, therapeutic approach to treatment. I enjoy working with clients to understand the source of their discomfort and tailor each session to their individual needs and goals. I have a strong interest in movement, sports, injury recovery, and helping people feel and move their best. Outside of massage, I enjoy staying active, sports, photography, videography and spending time with family and friends.
