Dr. RYAN QUINN

Neuro-Behavioural Optometrist
OD

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Dr. Ryan Quinn is a dedicated neuro-behavioral optometrist committed to transforming lives through innovative vision care. A Dean’s Honor List graduate from the University of Waterloo, he earned his Doctor of Optometry with highest honors, alongside an undergraduate degree in biology and biochemistry. After six enriching years exploring British Columbia’s West Coast, Dr. Quinn now resides in Oakville, Ontario, with his beautiful wife and two spirited daughters, who keep him on the move.

With over 23 years of experience, including eight years as Director of Professional Development for Canada’s largest eye care provider, Dr. Quinn specializes in neuro-behavioral optometry. His holistic approach targets challenges like headaches, migraines, motion sickness, concussion, ADHD, dyslexia, and learning difficulties by assessing the body’s coordination chain—from how feet connect with the ground to how the brain processes visual information. By leveraging the eyes to guide movement and perception, he often helps patients achieve remarkable results without medication. For athletes, Dr. Quinn builds on this firm foundation, fine-tuning visual and neurological systems to sharpen reaction times and spatial awareness, giving them a competitive edge to be the best they can be.

Dr. Quinn’s philosophy focuses on identifying root causes, using nutritional interventions and tailored care to restore freedom and vitality. Having overcome a decade of post-concussion syndrome himself, he brings deep empathy and expertise to his practice, empowering patients to unlock their full potential. At his clinic, Dr. Quinn collaborates with a network of health professionals to provide comprehensive care, inviting you to experience how vision can lead to a healthier, more vibrant life.
