Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, I gained a love for movement from a young age. As I got older I started to recognize the benefits of training in relation to sport performance, and overall health. It was at that time I decided to pursue a career in Fitness and Health to bring my passion for movement, and helping others together. Fast forward I’ve built a 10 year career in the industry. While in school I worked as an Athletic Therapist, post graduation I begun working as a coach, trainer, and supporter to all the clients I’ve worked with over the years. I take an educational approach to the way I work with my clients. Ensuring they have the knowledge, and tools to carry out a healthy lifestyle beyond our time together. I’m here to push you, coach you, and drive you to become the top version of yourself. The one you didn’t think was possible.

Jenevieve Agro

Certified Personal Trainer, BSc(Kin)

Passionate about holistic wellness, Jenavieve’s journey began as a varsity soccer player at Brock University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During this time, she completed an internship as a student therapist, working closely with athletic teams both in the clinic and on the field. This experience inspired her to become a certified Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro, with a primary focus on training women—catering to everyone from beginners to moms and athletes to enhance their quality of life. Jenavieve had the transformative opportunity to instruct a variety of wellness classes abroad with Yacht Week in Greece, Croatia, and Tahiti, which included yoga, HIIT workouts, meditation, breathwork, and group runs. This international experience ignited her passion for implementing mind-body practices to cultivate a holistic approach for long-term vitality. She is dedicated to creating an enjoyable and motivating environment for her clients. Beyond fitness, her passions extend to travel, house music, and DJing
