Harry, originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, embarked on his journey in physiotherapy after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba. He then pursued his passion for physical wellness in Ontario, completing his Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University. Harry emphasizes a personalized approach, recognizing the unique needs of each patient. His aim is to help individuals regain their abilities and return to the activities they enjoy. This involves patient education, targeted exercises, and hands-on therapy to enhance function and overall well-being. Harry’s clinical experiences have exposed him to a diverse range of patients, but his true passion lies in assisting athletes in their return to sports. He has worked with individuals recovering from various sports-related injuries, including those in basketball, soccer, tennis, and hockey. Harry understands the stress and challenges of injury recovery, prioritizing patient education and empowerment. With a personal background in cross country, track and field, and rugby, Harry has an earnest understanding of the recovery process. This experience has inspired his commitment to empowering others to make successful comebacks and learn from their journey. In his free time, Harry enjoys weightlifting and playing basketball, following the NBA, spending time at coffee shops, hiking, and travelling. Looking forward, Harry is committed to furthering his education with courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, and sports medicine, ensuring he can continue supporting individuals on their journey to wellness and recovery.

Mario is a graduate of McMaster’s MSc. of Physiotherapy program. Since graduating Mario has demonstrated a keen interest and preference for orthopaedic/musculoskeletal physiotherapy and engaged in several courses to add to his skillset, including taping, acupuncture, and manual therapyrelated courses. He loves working with young children to older adults, including the sedentary, the weekend warrior, and the high level athlete. Additionally, Mario is a (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has previously worked at F45 as a coach, and loves incorporating exercise in his clients’ rehab. Mario’s treatment philosophy revolves strongly around Manual therapy and Exercise to reinforce treatment effects. He has treated various conditions from a simple ankle sprain, to back pain, to total knee and hip replacements, to post-op rotator cuff rehab. Mario knows the value of physical activity and in his free time you will find him playing basketball, hiking, biking, or working out. Mario is also a big foodie (sushi in particular) and LOVES his music so feel free to recommend good restaurants or musicians he should explore, and don’t worry he has recommendations of his own!
